Crystal Palm Cat Tamar

Tamar’s specialty is color therapy for agitation. She wants to help you with anxiety related energetically to the sacral chakra; physically to low back pain; or anxiety, depression, or panic related to neurodivergence or stress. For beginner meditation she provides the example of coloring in a book. The aura malady would look roughly like a sword piercing from the left side of the head down into the pelvic area.
Materials: New Nigerian cottony fabric has bold black, blue, green, and golden print, weight sack is reclaimed rich purple poly-cotton type fabric. She has one small green striped flat cabochon (green colla probably), purple glitter glass chips, and lentils for weight fill, red eyes, and holds Energy Forms coloring book with a box of crayons.
