Time traveling a short jaunt back to 2017. We are looking at linear-based drawings this week.
- Tyrannosaurs Rex Index Card Sketch – ballpoint pen on index card.
- Tyrannosaurs Rex Sketch Fluffy – z-ball pen on copy paper.
- Ankylosaurus Index Card Sketch – ballpoint pen on index card.
- Medieval Dreadlocks fashion design – graphite on copy paper. An frenetic-line illustration of a historically-inspired dress featuring a cushioned chaise and a woman with dreadlocks. She’s for sale in my etsy shop: etsy.com/shop/cattheminion?section_id=40777299 .
- Toroidal Angel – ballpoint pen on copy paper. This tiny little guy is using up the energy of the whole page to form the essence of one of the most critical shapes in existence.
- Sacred Geometry 1 (obverse and reverse both shown) – graphite, sharpie, ballpoint pen, and washable marker on copy paper .
- Squaring the Circle – graphite and Sharpie or z-ball pen on copy paper.
- Submerge – graphite, Sharpie marker, and colored pencil on 18 x 24” drawing paper. I didn’t get a pristine photo of this before I gave it as a gift, so I will have to painstakingly digitally trace this work to turn it into prints, which would be a good idea at some point, in my opinion.
